Our classes run in a number of locations from indoor studios to outside in nature. Over the course of an hour you’ll take part in a guided meditation before having the chance to ask any questions and discuss any observations you may have. If you’re new to meditation and mindfulness these classes are a great introduction.
Whether an advanced practitioner or a complete novice all levels are welcome. We offer mediation classes in our lovely studios, but also have a stunning elevated platform overlooking the beautiful Kent countryside.
Our meditation classes will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and grounded. Through regular practice you will gain the ability to live a life in a more joyful, peaceful and harmonious way.
