We want to change the way people deal with the stresses and the pressure of heavy workloads, people and situations. We do this by incorporating meditation, stretching and nature.
Onsite Meditation Classes
We offer on-site meditation classes to businesses in London, Kent and the surrounding areas. These are a great way to introduce employees to meditation and mindfulness. Sessions typically run for one-hour which includes a basic introduction to mindfulness followed by a guided meditation and Q&A.

One Day Retreats
Through day retreats we bring people out of the stressful work environment and into the peace of nature. Here we carry out a mindful policy where we teach you how to be more mindful in everything you do. While you are with us we demonstrate and teach you new skills and techniques to be more mindful and relaxed. So by taking part in our day retreats you will return relaxed and refreshed. You will also have new tools to empower your ability to be more mindful in the workplace.
On the one day retreat we also cover the physical impact of office life. We include a stretch class to help desk bound workers understand how they can reduce the pain and discomfort of sitting down all day. We teach simple stretching techniques and the knowledge to address the most common problems. You will leave equipped with a range of stretches that can be carried out to reduce the impact and tension caused by sitting for long periods.
